Al Lockrem Construction Company provides in-house drafting and
blueprinting for more than 95% of our construction.
Our Class B Construction License includes residential and
commercial construction up to three stories.
Al and Mary have kept their office in their home for their
convenience and yours. You can call after 5 p.m. with questions,
and they do everything in their power to make your building
experience a pleasure.
Al draws your blueprints making sure you are getting what you
desire. His experience gives you input as to what is efficient
and user-friendly in your home. It is a combination of the two
of you that makes the plan work.
Al Lockrem is on the jobsite daily meeting with each
subcontractor to eliminate errors. His brother, Keith,
is the Field Superintendent doing much work himself during
the course of construction. He and his brother, Keith, are
true craftsmen with over 38 years experience each.
We have worked with the same subcontractors in most instances
for the 28 years we have been in Deltona building, making
quality simpler with the fact everyone knows what Al expects
from them. They have a true respect for Al’s knowledge.
Al and Mary’s son, Alan M. Lockrem, is a Structural Engineer
who oversees the engineering of plans. You can find more on
